COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Physik Instrument E-662_LR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Powertron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-Battery parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pro-face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Powertron such as the 100313 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2MC480TC90S4802M500BAU manufactured by Power-Battery and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-Battery systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 358030111 by Manufacturer Pro-face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Plastec Brand JET20SS2P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Plastic-o-matic such as ABRA25 equipment made by Plastic-o-matic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Plastic-o-matic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Plastic-o-matic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCF422SAAAF3P41XP2EKCCAB made by Piab-Vacuum-Products as well as the popular PFXGP4201TAD original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 09610035 by Poweramp and ABRA25 spares by Plastic-o-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PG160128ERSATAB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powertip. |
